@Nikita-Eltsov Most of the time it is an electrical contact issue. The tiny charging contacts should be perfectly flat on each other. What I would try: Try cleaning it with a dry cloth because sweat or rain with other impurities could theoretically create a non-conductive layer over the contact/s. Charge on a flat surface which always helps to keep the ear pieces aligned if by any chance there is some “play” inside the charging box.

I’ve had the Sparks since May. My top priority was comfort, and I’m 100% satisfied. I completely forget I’m wearing them—even when I have sunglasses or a cap on. I brought out my beanie this morning, and they’re still super comfortable, plus I can still use the touch controls. I control the volume on the left, and track skipping and on/off functions on the right. The sound quality is perfectly acceptable. I haven’t tested the sports features, apart from the metronome—the sound of which is loud and grating.

Hey a bit stupid question but didn’t wanna create thread just for probably one answer. I own Wings 2 since few weeks and bought it like -40% and honestly never used LEDs since last very late run. I checked both manual and google (AI). Do I really need to run through all the cycles/lighting modes and hold , - " button for a 3s, five times to turn LEDs completely off? I can’t lock in one mode (like constant/blinking) and turn off mode by doing it again once? I know fastest and easiest way is to turn LEDs off by smartphone, but don’t like carrying during neighborhood area. For now I need to hold 3 buttons few times, and It takes some time to switch between all modes. Thanks for Your time. It’s a bit hard for me to believe we need to do this. love tried to check app if we could just completely disable rest of lighting modes to make ot faster but I don’t see any option. Comfortable to wear, as well as excellent sound quality and microphone. They are not a runnig sensor (I believed the marketing promises)

@Carlos-Villamar did you ever solve this issue. Suddenly i’m seeing the same. This headphone hardware is fine but the software is not that great.

@shamilt1 Also these look very similar to Shokz OpenFit, OpenFit 2, OpenFit Pro, all of which are not bone conducting headphones.

@Svenning That’s true, but you’re left without music because there’s no MP3 option on the headphones, and if you don’t have your phone with you, you need a different BLUETOOTH player to listen to music.

Until today (2026 March) I’m facing the same issue… And I’m just simply wondering why Suunto release the SuuntoPlus app connecting these two devices if the connection meant to be broke anyway once you’re in the water… Also the Youtube video even shown you could have real time data on your watch which I know it’s impossible as bluetooth signal won’t transfer under water… Very disappointed…
