Sport with Smart Sensor without watch

I did Sport without watch, but started before.
Seems there is a sync failure.
HR profile is correct, but in statistics only first 25min is shown.
Also my average HR is too low because of this.Is it failure of watch, app or smart sensor? Any Ideas?

@brad_olwin I ran one hour and 47 min (see time scale). Values on the right show only 25 min. This is why statistics also show no Zone 3. But in HR recording above you see that I was clearly few time there.
I started activity on watch before at home.

Duh! Sorry a bit early in the morning for me. I will check this and report it to Suunto. You used the smart sensor and the app, correct? Android or iOS and beta or App Store release?

@brad_olwin Thanks. Smart Sensor, S9P and afterwards sync watch with iOS app. I startet activity on watch before I ran at home.

Ok, I am not clear on exactly what was done here. Is this this simply a run with the watch then? Did you check to see that the symbol on the watch was HR with belt?
Is this the beta app? I have checked mine and have nothing like this. -
started activity at home with watch
left watch at home (also phone at home)
did a run
at home when I came back I finished activity with watch
at the end I synced watch with app (IOS)I left the watch at home because it was almost empty and I knew that smart sensor has memory for use without watch

Does anyone know whether Suunto App can be linked to another Bluetooth HR Sensor than Suunto SmartSensor?
I tried and it seems not

@mountainchris I am not having any issues here. There are 2 ways to use the smart sensor without the watch on you.
#1. Put the Smartsensor on, start an activity on the watch and leave the watch at home, in a locker, etc. The smartsensor will record 2-3h without the watch. Get the watch, end the activity and HR will sync.#2. Use SA on the phone but the phone must stay with you, there is no memory feature in SA.
Both work for me.
