The issue of media controls for those who have an iPhone is still not settled
I would love to get help or guidance on what to do -
@Danny-poleg What do you mean not settled? You need to have the widget active and media controls set to on in an exercise (does not matter which) to get the media controls to work.
I have requested with Suunto to change this as I think it should be more flexible, If media widget is present the controls should work in watch mode even if the exercise media screen is off. I do not know when or if this might change.

@Brad_Olwin I presented the problem before and did not find a solution
The controls are visible but they do not function in any way with an iPhone
I’m trying to help a friend find a solution to the problem - maybe there are settings on the iPhone that need to be done that I don’t know (I have an Android phone).
I would very much appreciate ideas on the subject -
@Danny-poleg Hey, I had this ”problem” also last week. Like Brad said you have to choose exercise, (doesn’t matter which) and scroll all the way down to Media control and put it on. Also on watch settings it has to be set ”on”. Otherwise you will see widget but no info of song etc.
I have Vertical but should be the same solution. -
