Do you have AGPS information in the watch?
Settings / général / about. Is there a recent date?

@Mff73 hi, I have exactly the same issue with my SS whr Baro, since ~1 month, the AGPS value = N/A
I tried soft reset, hard reset…nothing solved the issue
The worst is sometimes the watch cashed, I get update logo on the screen and I must restart it…
I don’t if the prob is software or hardware…
I very desapointe, all functions are working correctly…

I have no problem with agps. My Spartan is always up to date (as soon as I sync with Suunto app)
As a note, agps data are deleted when you do soft reset, so you need to sync

Did you try to contact support?

@Sylvain-Pepin try to see if there is some firewall or something blocking the AGPS sync. Else the issue can be in the GPS chip

@sartoric I tried the both, I ran the sync on my own pc and iPhone I didn’t notice error, the sync looks ok…

@Mff73 yes ! the synchro looks ok… I don’t notice error alert…but AGPS value doesn’t change, it’s still n/a !

so, and just out of logic, like Dimitrios said, if it is not software, it could then be hardware and then you are not lucky.

AGPS is ““only”” assisted GPS, watch could theorically find GPS lock without external data, just little longer.
Maybe worth trying to put your watch in clear sky, searching for GPS veryyyyyyyyyyyyy long time and see at least if it is finding something.
