Just got the suunto Race and for the last four days. First 2 days the sleep tracking was off. But now the last 2 days it wasn’t tracking any of my sleep. Does anyone have any idea to fix this ?

@ChrisA does your watch have the option to choose your sleep tracking hours. My does not and I already did a factory reset and still isn’t there

@Albert-Yung as afar as I understand the race does not need to have special sleep hours set to determine your sleep. So it should work without setting a special sleep time. For me it’s important to set the resting HR value in the watch correctly (see thread above). You can set an auto dnd time in the sleep settings, but that seems only for not getting notifications during this time.

@Albert-Yung With the new algorithm by Suunto you don’t set the sleeping hours. The watch should recognize when you sleep or take a nap automatically without any specific settings.
The thing that I can say so far is that the Race has been dead accurate with my sleeping hours (and I change my sleep hours almost everyday for working reasons) and afternoon naps.

Thanks everyone. I changed the resting heart rate from 60 which was the default on my watch to 70. Hopefully it will fix this problem
