      Hallo,

@Ollipolli can you share the link to the activity? Does the HR data make sense?
If you don’t want to share it you can send me a PM to have a look.

My last bike ride was 27min at an average speed of 27km/h with an average HR of 152.
        Came out as 430kcal.
So 1000 in one hour is reasonable at a certain effort…

108 average HR does not sound too hard. How are your HR zones set up in the watch?
If you have the HR graph?

                  This?

Yes. You were mostly in zone 1. No ides why the energy consumption was calculated to high. This makes no sense.
                  Will check with Suunto.

                    @Ollipolli Any long pauses perhaps?

If I remember this correctly, Suunto shows overall energy consumption (basal + additional contribution from the activity) and it might also count energy consumption during pauses…

                    SV: fingers crossed :D
S9 (non-baro): died after 2 months, replaced, holding strong since 03/20
Spartan Trainer: casing broke after 23 months, repaired, lost watertightness 5 months later, died
Despite some pretty bad luck, I still love Suunto!

@inkognito Ahhh ja. Sogar sehr sehr lange. Das kann es natürlich sein.

Ah. Ursache gefunden. Sehr gut.
