button falling out

New Suunto Vertical titanium solar. The button fell off after taking it out of the box.

@dawxperia Is there some advice or help you are wanting, or just posting for the record? If advice, I would return it of course, as you said, it’s new and would be under warranty. First time Ive seen this issue posted or mentioned.

@dawxperia That is odd, contact support to get the watch replaced. You are the first that I have seen.
