      @thailon settings > training > intensity zones > default HR zone

        @robis Hi, there is not “training” item in my SA settings.

          @thailon I meant on the watch… and I would like to modify them on SA as well

                @Egika does your parameters changes so often? Or why do you need to change it regularly?

                  @thailon misunderstnading.
                  I mean that you usually DON’T change these settings on a regular basis.

                  And because of this I think that doing this on the watch face is not that a big issue.
