Calories less than the sum of activities

Hi,

For some personal testing, I have recorder three “trainings” today, which together have a sum of 827 kcal.

But the watch, and also the app, only show a total of 548 kcal?

I mean the calories should at least be the total of all activities. Plus some more when not activity was recorder`?

Is this a normal behavior? Or am I missing something?

@Stoke80 this is in fact expected.

Each single activity shows you the sun of the active calories due to the activity + the metabolic consumption during the activity.

So, if you walk for 2 hours, the activity will show consumption + some 150 calories.

The active calories category in the app, on the other hand, only sums up the total of the active calories of the activities of that day.

If you only had that walking activity that day, it’s would be 150 calories lower.
