    the barometric pressure display only shows values above 1000 mbar, photo is attached. I am concerned whether this indicates a malfunction or if there is a setting that needs adjustment.

      how do you know it’s wrong?
      Do you have any checkvalue ?
      Did you try auto adjust?

          @ali-malekzadeh Check the values from your wearher Station… Online for example. For every place you can read there the actual barometric pressure

            @ali-malekzadeh I am not shure what exactly concerns you, but lets try to figure out. Are you concerned the baro value is too high for that altitude?

                  @ali-malekzadeh 842hpa is beyond the lowest ever recorded pressure.
                  If your phone has a real barometric sensor, trust your Suunto
                  If he has not, trust your Suunto.
                  Check wiki page for pressure.
                  1013hpa/mbar is the normal pressure.

                    @ali-malekzadeh the reason is that Suunto is reading QNH pressure (which is your local pressure converted to sea level). You see it says QNH next to the value. Its a value used by airplanes to get altitude, since they use altitude above sea level. You can compare it to your closest airport (just google your local airport ICAO code and word “metar”). You will find Metar to be a text weather at the airport with QNH at the end of the reading (for example Q1015 in your case) Reading from your watch should be close to QNH reported by the airport.
                    Since you seem to be high above sea level, QNH will be much higher than your local pressure.
                    If you need help with obtaining that info, just send me a private mesaage with your closest airport name and I will help you find the data

                      @Tieutieu his phone is correct,
                      His suunto is also correct, they just use different reference systems (QNH/QFE)
