    I wonder if it would be possible, during a trail running session, to setup an alarm every 200K calories ? Thus, this is a good reminder to ensure don’t forget to eat on a regular basis…but based on actual consumption, not on time.

          There are Suunto+ apps to remind you to fuel at 10, 15 and 20 minute intervals - if that would help.

              @LudovicTheRunner it may be wiser to schedule the consumption of carbs according to what amount your body’s can absorb in a given unit of time, rather than based on estimated calories expenditure.
