    Some activities not syncing - S5 with beta app

      Back in the beginning of may I had an activity that would not sync to the app, it was still in the watch but greyed out.
      I have a bunch of activities after that were correctly synced and I thought it would finally end up syncing… I had forgotten about it, but today I once again have an activity that would not sync. Even if I force syncing from the app, it won’t retrieve it.
      I went to check, and the old may activity is still greyed out in the “diary” (my guess at that name as the watch is not setup in english, that’s 3 upper button press from the watchface).
      Is there a way to get those activities to sync to the app, I hate thinking the my watch is slowly getting less reliable…

      S5 is on last available firmware, and app is up to date beta 2.36.0 (15338).

      Not sure if the colors are really visible on these pictures, but both activities are “greyed out”, the others are yellow like running activities should be.

        @martin maybe try to clear the cache and data from the app to force it to resync everything?

          @The_77 I can’t find on the forum instructions on how to clear the cache on iOS
          I logged out of the app and then in again, but both activities are still unsynced…

            @martin maybe uninstall/reinstall the app then, since it’s not as easy on iOS. Since everything is in the cloud it will all come back as long as you use the same login details I think?

              Check if you have graphs in the activity details, otherwise those are just an activity summary and won’t sync

                @sartoric I have graphs for HR, elevation, and HR zones in both the already synced activities and the one that wasn’t synced yesterday…

                  @The_77 Well I already logged out and in again and yes, everything that was synced is in the cloud, the problem is the unsynced activities still only exist in the watch and not in the cloud…

                    @martin still worth trying deleting the app to entirely flush the memory, it did work for me once back in the day.

                      @The_77 Well I deleted the beta app and installed the one from the appstore.
                      At the first sync it briefly said “sync activities 1 of 2”, but alas, that diseappeared quickly and both activities are still greyed out and unsynced…
