question about the navigation

I’m using Suunto Race. When I turn on the navigation function and run. The watch screen is rotating to the north all the time. It’s quite dizzy and I can’t find the way to change it. I want the screen to stop rotating, I don’t mind if the north is not at the top of the watch though.
