      Hi all,

My S9P was working without any problems till now. I left it unused for some time, the battery become empty and while trying to charge it today there is no response after several hours on the charger (blanc screen).

I pressed the upper and middle buttons for some time but didn’t work.

      Any help is highly appreciated!

      Best,
      Yiannis.

Just an update in case someone faces the same issue.

Suddenly, one day after I noticed the issue, the watch started charging and working properly! I didn’t have it for all this period constantly on the charger but kept trying from time to time and after 36 hours it worked!

Hope it keeps working and that it is fixed the same way if it happens to anyone else!

        Best,
        Yiannis.

@kompats thank you for sharing your experience!

If a Li battery is discharged to a very low charge, the proper charging is indeed a very gentle one at low currents to bring it back to life, before the normal charging can begin. So it seems like the bMS (battery management system) did it’s job here.

@Egika Thanks! This can be a very reasonable explanation. The only thing is that this has happened before (the battery to be empty for several days - weeks) and then recharged (started charing immediately) without any issues and delays.

But nicely it is working properly now!
