SA - saved tracks: how to use them

Hello there!
I have a question about using SA saved tracks from S9PP.
I would like to run again a track in order to compare the performance. For that reason I saved the first track recorded and named it in order to use it.
Where I can find it in the app?
Do you know how to import it in the watch to use it as breadcrumb and, then, delete it once used and not needed anymore?
