Button problem with my Suunto Vertical

Hey All, (sorry for the long post, I do not have a patato)
From the beginning, I was in love with my Suunto Vertical Solar and I still am. I’ve been waiting for years to replace my Suunto Ambit 1. But today was a very disappointing day.
After my swimming exercis, my Suunto died. The ‘settings menu’ was visible, but the buttons and the touchscreen were not working. So I did a soft reset by pressing the upper button for 12 seconds. The screen went black but did not turn on again; the watch had died. After long pressing the buttons, there was no live anymore in the watch. But in the car, while driving home, sudenly, the watch showed signs of life, but immediately, I noticed that something was wrong.
Without doing anything, the settings menu apeared, and the buttons nor the touchscreen were working.So again a soft reset with the same result. After some time (aproximatly 10sec) I could navigate the menu with the upper and lower buttons, but pressing the middle button did not select the menu item; instead, it went a step back to the watch face. When I was able to navigate the menu with the touchscreen, I performed a hard reset.
The watch rebooted, but the middle button problem was not resolved, and the first moment when the settings menu appeared, the watch was unresponsive for 5 seconds. A second hard reset, and the watch did not boot up even when I pressed the button for 12 seconds. But at the end it booted and I was happy again. After connecting the watch to the phone averything seems to be ok. But
The watch still navigates to the settings menu without touching the buttons or the screen. The settings menu is still unresponsive the first 5 seconds and the middle button is a back button and not a select button.Where did it go wrong?
I hope that writing this down helps ease my stress a little bit. In 6 days is my first triathlon and I’ve been training with this watch for several months.Now, the next morning,
Not wearing the watch for the night and the problems are gone for now. I did full configuration again with my personal settings. The smile is back on my face.The confidance in the watch is a little bit lower at the moment but I hope it won’t let me down during the race.
I’ve made video’s about the problems. How could I sent it to Suunto?
I’ve canceld my pick-up for repairs in the hope it was a one time glitch and I can enjoy the watch as long I enjoyed my Suunto Ambit.
