Loss of Bluetooth discovery

Recently I’ve had issues where my watch loses connection to my phone until I cycle airplane mode. Today it’s becoming completely undiscoverable and no airplane mode cycling seems to fix it. I’ve tried resetting my watch and restarting my phone also, I’ve even tried to see if my computer can see it with no luck.
Has anyone encountered this before? I’m yet to reach out to support as they’re only open European hours and I live in Australia.
