Finger prints on screen on a new watch

I brought a new Vertical from an established retailer. It arrived with finger prints on the screen and no film on the screen. Everything seems to be okay but just concerned that the watch is a refurb?
Also the reviews I read said it shipped with two lengths of watch strap. I only got one. Is this now the normal thing?

@SnowSailor It might not be refurbished but opened in shop or by someone that bought it and returned once they saw the MIPs screen but were expecting OLED or smaller size or whatever.
The watch comes only with one (smaller) strap. When you purchase strap separatelly then it has 2 sizes. -
