A philosophical approach to watch faces

Just a quick thought. I know that the time in analog watches is set to 10:10 o‘clock because it looks like a smile. So far so good.
But here is my question. What ist the BIG thing behind the time in digital Watch faces? What happens at 19:36 o‘clock?
