Daily HR data in Suunto app

Hi guys,

I recently received Suunto race s which is linked to my Suunto app.
Only my daily HR values are not synced to the app for the past 4 days since I have got the watch.

the widget is still indicating “no data for the past 7 days” even when in the watch the button for tracking HR 24/7 is turned on and on the watch I can see the HR data

Can somebody help me how solve this sync issue ? I already preformers a soft reset but did not work.

Issue solved:
Fixed by performing hard reset of watch
