      Hello.
Tell me, what parameters can I change during workout if I press the bottom button on pause screen?
I need at least the opportunity to change the target heart rate. It would be nice to be able to set a timer, but as I understand it, there is no such thing.
Can someone take a photo of the settings screen called by pressing the bottom button?

      p.s.
I’m thinking about buying a Suunto Race S. I do not need full-fledged structured workouts, which are very limited in Suunto due to the impossibility of warnings and it is enough to simply change the target pulse after the end of the warm-up.

@eugeneus When you press on training options, you go down to INTENSITY ZONES and there you choose the new zone you want to be in

You can change most of the settings during pause. You can’t change the HR sensor options (you can’t switch to or from OHR) or pair a different bluetooth sensor (for HR, power etc.) but all the activity options, map options etc. are available to change. You can change which SuuntoPlus apps/workout are enabled and you can also change activity so you can switch from run to swim or cycle, as an example, for duathlon or triathlon.

You can access the configuration by long-pressing the bottom button at any time (you don’t need to pause) or by pausing and then pressing the crown.

You can access the multi-sport switcher by long-pressing the top button at any time.
