HR and Sleep tacking doesn't work.

Hello everyone,

I’m not sure what happened or what I might have touched, but my watch no longer detects my heart rate. It has also stopped tracking me at night (I have activity tracking enabled). I no longer see the green light that used to be under the watch either. As far as I know, I haven’t made any configuration changes, and it’s not in power-saving mode or anything else that I’ve noticed…

Does anyone have any idea what might have happened?

@Angusmil Can you go to Settings - Activity and check if you have Wrist HR on?

cela arrive pour certains d’entre nous que le capteur de frequence cardiaque ne fonctionne plus malgré de bons réglages. Pour ma part, j’ai renvoyé la montre en expliquant le disfonctionnement et en une semaine j’en recevais une neuve. Sunnto est relativement réactif à ce niveau.
