Real-time Zone Threshold Values from watch with Zone Sense
-
Re: Suunto ZoneSense
My Understanding is that ZoneSense calculates threshold values in the first hour. For example, I did a 9-hour ride yesterday and post-workout the Zonesense App told me my aerobic threshold for the event was 136 bpm. Is there a way to get this number from the watch vs. looking at the green-yellow-red watch face? I’m cycling and focus on my bike computer for navigation and other data. I display HR on my cycling computer and use my tested value as a guide but would like to dial that number to the zonesense number once it’s calculated.
Thank You
