I seems to mess up, Just bought it tonight and when I want to transfer my music file, I accidentally deleted all folders inside the detected drive. Transferred my music and it doesn’t detect anything. Opened the drive again and there is a music folder, I move all the music to the music folder but still nothing. Can anyone help?

@Evan-Oscar so it seems the device has created the music folder by itself after deleting. this is a good sign.
if you now have at least one mp3 file in the music folder you should be good to go.
make sure to enable offline music from the app (or by pressing and holding “-” for 3 secs).
the headphones should tell you a spoken “offline music” for confirmation.

I have same problem, AQUA music folder loaded with music NOT found on ANDROID app, but found on AQUA as USB storage device. If it is working for you, are you on ANDROID or APPLE device?

I had the same issue on two of my devices but following the routine to a tee fixed both of mine, now I’m having a blast jogging with my daughter and enjoying the offline feature 😄
