@Joaquin How do you explain the differences between the watches? They all have the same hardware components as you said, but some just have software problems.

@gerasimos Of course. Otherwise some wouldn’t have these errors. I suspect other chipsets.

My first Vertical was made in Finland. The new one is made in China.

@runomatic it is not Finland vs China. It is mostly internal components. You do not order all chips to last for few years of production, you order during time, and it will definitely happen that one of the components (that were all made in China anyway) may not be available anymore, and you order the next version.

@isazi I didn’t want to restart the topic of Finland vs. China. I don’t care where the watch is made. Almost all my devices come from China, so the watch doesn’t matter.
But I assumed that moving production would also mean different processes (and components).

We should be able to configure notifications for each sports mode.
The management of ski descents is a mess
We should also be able to view the remaining repetitions on training sessions

I tried a swimming session today : the Watch count perfectely each lengh but the average speed does not work… i had only distance and the average staid to -/- ! I will try another session to have the current speed and average on the same screen to have a double check.

                                Pool swim distance accuracy improved

I haven’t had any distance problems earlier, but all swim styles were classified as freestyle. With this update all three styles I used tonight, and exactly when, were identified correctly. Great! Thanks! (And, of course, the distance was spot on - except the 200 metres legs Drill sequence, hint, hint).

Sleep tracking failed for me first night after update. I have toggled tracking on/off and will see how we go tonight.

First time I have had this issue.

Update: it appears to be related to resource tracking. Seems to stop recording resources on the watch.

I had strange behavior with sleep tracking. I have set 8h sleep time and rest HB to 60. When I woke up for a while last night at 3 AM, rest of a night was treated as a nap, so finally it shows that I slept for about 4h. HB was below 60.

it happened also to me that sometimes the sleep is not properly tracked and I get some part of the night that is marked as nap, once I got 5:30 hr of nap time during the night with no sleep at all. Ever wondered how the nap, sleep and the various sleep states are detected by the software.
