HR issues post charging

About half the times that I charge my Ocean it doesn’t track my HR after and I have to fully power it down in order to get it back to normal. It’s quite annoying.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Also this time I powered it back on the no-fly symbol is now showing even though I’ve done nothing to warrant this and I can’t get it to go away.
