      I have an issue with sleep data is not fully synced to the Suunto App. Watch recorded 9:20 of sleep, SA shows only 5:32. In SA the start is missing, wake up time is the same. I tried to synchronize the watch many times, it doesn’t change. Anyone experienced the same and fixed it somehow? Thanks.

          @Gunnar today it synchronized all data from yesterday’s night, but the night before is still incomplete. Weird.

            My workaround for this issue: I activate airplane mode on my phone before I go to sleep and only deactivate it after the sleep report has been displayed. I haven’t had a problem since then.

                  oh sorry, you wrote that. I’ll give a try.
                  Wouldn’t be enough to turn BT off?

                    @Stefano-M64 Don‘t know.
                    There‘s no need for my iPhone while sleeping, so i do this quick‘n‘dirty way. 😉

                      @runomatic Well, I guess there should be a list of workarounds included in the package when buying a watch. But seriously, I would rather appreciate if such unexplainable issues wouldn’t occur 🙂

                        Today the missing data appeared in Suunto App. Weird.

                          @timecode Just for the records: mine is still missing. And today again the first hours are missing. But life is going on without that data displayed, enjoying wonderful weather in sunny Luxembourg. 🙂

                            @Gunnar Yeah, there are bigger problems in life, certainly. Cheers to that 🙂 P.s. I am enjoying mostly rain and wind on Madeira 😄

                              @timecode This happens to me occasionally and occurs if I move around a lot in bed or get up for the toilet. It usually but not always corrects.

                                I have this problem since September on and off. I’ve noticed that it happens only when I have more than one watch connected to the app.

                                My workaround is to reinstall the app. Then all the weird data will be fixed including previous nights (in case you have more than one).

                                  @Brad_Olwin exactly, it happened when I got up during the night for a few minutes. For me, it corrected itself after two days and didn’t happen since 🙂

                                    @Brad_Olwin I can confirm that. I was up for the toilet and the app is not showing the first hours of the sleep. It seems that the app is interpreting the sleep data differently than the watch?

                                      I confirm, I have the same thing if I woke up and got up during sleep, or turned off the alarm on the clock and continued sleeping.

                                        It happened again, but this time it still isn’t visible after two days. Something is off 🙂

                                          @Stefano-M64 @runomatic Figured out, as a workaround, it’s enough to disable Bluetooth. No need to enable Airplane Mode. I created an automation via Shortcuts on iOS to turn it off an on automatically, and it worked 🙂
