Recording stopped for no reason

I recently updated to sw 2.40.38.
I went for a two hours walk this afternoon, started recording as usual.
After about 15mn I checked the watch, working fine.
At the end, I looked again, and realized that the recording ended after 36mn, without any action on my side .

Battery was charged at 25%.
This is the first time I encounter this problem.

Anybody having the same problem ?

@luke55 It happened to me in my SR as well. I had an external HR connected to my watch and my activity ended after about 5 minutes of autu-pause.

I have the same issue, since friday. I make the update thursday : 2.40.38 on race S. HR measures stopped twice around 10-20 minutes until I restart each times.

Yesterday, exactly the same : it stopped around 15-20, i don’t restart.

I decided to reset, yesterday…

This morning, my watch crash I start, twice a cycling activity. On the third attempt, it was entering “safe mode”. It work fine and same problem, HR crash…
