(show your) custom watch straps?

@Tjarco For the 22 mm Suunto strap the spring bar tips are nominally 1mm dia.
It’s the same strap used by the 9PP and SV

I have 6 or 7 haha, most of them are leather as I’m partial to a good rally strap. I bought a couple of silicon straps although oddly for training/running I prefer wearing a leather strap
I just buy online. As long as the strap is 22mm I’ve never had any issues, all of mine are quick release (so no spring bars). Makes changing straps so much easier and quicker

Could you share some pictures?
I can imagine leather could be comfortable when you have that high of a rotation of different bands and being able to let them dry properly. Personally love the leather aesthetic just don’t like them when they are wet / need to take them off before showering.

These are probably the couple that I alternate between the most, the others are just leather rally straps (brown, tan and grey ones from memory)

They both look really good, but didn’t expect that the antique brown would work so well with this watch, very nice!

@MiniForklift are you able to share the spring bar that you used? Im having a hard time finding one with a 1mm tip. Cheers!

@hardcoresinceeightyfour For my plastic Race S it was imperative to find a big enough tip. Normal 0.9 mm could slowly grind the holes oval and perhaps even break the ‘horns’ eventually.
The only one I could find with a documented 1.1 mm tip (which fits perfectly) on Swedish Amazon was the below pictured from the French company Timed x Masar FR. The SKU was XFP200M22 (the 22 mm version) and it has a middle section bar of 2.0 mm which is perfect for Garmin style QuickFit bands and also isn’t too thick for pressing in an ‘UltraFit’ style nylon strap.
In the picture furthest down you see it called “Xfp”. I also ordered a “Xds” model claiming to have a 1.1 mm tip, but what arrived was something entirely different (visually) and the tip measured 0.8 mm. The “Xfp” was the stated 1.1 mm. Expensive adventure over all, but cheap enough to easy my mind about the possible breaking issue through tip drilling of plastic.
Edit: Adding link, for what it’s worth… https://www.amazon.se/dp/B0CCN2N1MJ/ref=pe_24982401_506182521_TE_item
PS. The ‘flange’, ‘lip’ or whatever it’s called is easy to press downwards even with a fingernail, so no tools necessary:

Garmin’s nylon straps are their best product.

Bracelet exchange due to better heart rate measurement on both watches 🟠

@Ghost Agreed. I use exactly the same strap both on my SV and SR

In my side I bought so much strap for my Suunto vertical !!!
The best today for me :
1/ Suunto recycled strap in black (9g perfect for the day to day and to wear at work) - not recommanded for swimmer;
2/ Suunto strap for suunto ocean: great a little bulky / perfect for swim and strong sea activities ( i will wear it during surf session);
3/ Coros nylon band in black : perfect / light but need to have little time to swap with another strap (because you have to change pin);
4/ Coros pace 3 plastic band (original black): easy to change / very light / not perfectly adjusted (Larger strap Little small vs the watch).See my current favorite strap :
