App Sync and Heart Rate Sensor Issues

I’ve been experiencing several issues with my Suunto watch for a few weeks now.
- Sync Problems
My watch often fails to sync activities to the Suunto app. The synchronization starts but then stops partway through with a message saying “Not connected.”
Sometimes an activity is eventually synced, but often only the next day — and then there may be no synchronization at all for several days. - Heart Rate Sensor Issue (Polar)
When I reconnect my external heart rate sensor (Polar), it initially works. However, after around 15 minutes, it freezes and no longer updates — even if I remove and reattach the strap. This used to work flawlessly until a few weeks ago.
Interestingly, downloading maps to the watch still works without any issues.
My current firmware version is 2.40.38, but these problems already started before this update.
I have already tried restarting, reconnecting Bluetooth, reinstalling the app, and resetting the watch — nothing has helped.I would appreciate any assistance, as this situation is becoming quite frustrating.
