Hi,

I activated DND during sleep, from 10pm to 6am.
There is also the possibility of adding a further interval as desired and I set it from 6:00 to 8:00 am.

The last interval is skipped, probably due to an overlap. In fact, if I change it to 6:05AM - 8:00AM, it works.

Nitpicking I know, just reporting…

wonder why you set two consecutive time intervals instead of just one from 22 to 08?

@Stefano-M64 in Suunto Run, you have two different seetings:

• DND plan
• sleeping plan

And in addition to the DND plan, you can make the sleep plan a DND period as well.

though this does not answer your question of how to set it best

Don’t think so.
The sleeping plan is in all current Suunto watches. Run just adds adds a second independent scheduled DND time.

On my Race there is just the sleep target (number of hours) and the Auto DND time interval, not an explicit sleep time interval, maybe I missed something(?)

@Stefano-M64 correct. I was referring to the auto-DND that is in the sleep setup.

From my testing, Run and other current watches have the same sleep tracking accuracy, which is rock solid.
