Few Issue with Suunto Race S, Map download and battery customisition

I am a Suunto user for a very long time and recently updated my Ambit 3 Peak to Race S.

1, I found strange behaviour of the watch, no matter what battery performance I set on my custom biking activity, after every activity battery goes back to the “Performance” option. Generally, I keep settings to ultra. This will lead you to force check everything again and again before you start the activity. (Basically, it does not save my custom settings for battery)

2, It does not show me anything (Blank Screen) when I raise my wrist, even though I keep Raise to wake mode to full awake and must have to press the crown button to check every time. Of course, I can’t do that while riding on a hard trail.

Any ideas or suggestions?

The watch is reset to few times, had a chat with the support team without any solution or a firm answer.
