Suunto race, screen died

After 7 months the screen died. The service has not been able to give a clear answer for a month now as to what to do next.

You may not wait anything, with such an issue under warranty, just open a RMA. -
@Mff73 Unfortunately, Suunto service even responds to letters in 3-4 days. And although the watch was bought in the official Suunto online store, the authorized service in my country agreed to accept the watch for “inspection” only after several calls (!??). Having warned that even if Suunto sends a replacement, I will have to pay for delivery and customs duties. That’s it. Good advertising for Suunto.

If I remember correctly, a return label is sent to you and you can schedule a pick-up date. -
@surfboomerang No, because the country where the watch broke is not on the list. Therefore, through an authorized service. The watch was purchased in Hungary, it broke in Ukraine
