Hello, I just bought a Race 2 and it’s an awesome watch !

Do you know where I can see the details of the heart rate zones on the watch or on the mobile app? (Z1: 130-145 bpm, Z2: 146-160 bpm, etc.) I can only see max heart rate and rest heart rate inside watch settings.

When programming an interval training session on the app, is it possible to select a heart rate target by indicating the zone (1, 2, 3, etc.) and not the heart rate interval precisely? (135-160 bpm)
