HRV data on Suunto Race

I would like to know how to retrieve HRV data from my Race watch.

@mil57 I do not know any way to export HRV data from either the Suunto app or the watch.

@mil57 well, it depends, how you would like to export the HRV data. For sure, it is not possible to export them to file like csv or xls. There is an option to connect your Suunto account with 3rd application (or Partner service) and, if supported, Suunto App then exports your HRV data to that Partner application.
What I am using, is AI Endurance app. Once connected with Suunto, all my HRV data from last night are exported to AIE.
Well, so far, afaik, AIE is the only, where HRV can and are exported from SA, at the moment. But I might be wrong of course… -
if you download the .fit file for a given activity via the suunto app, it will contain the HRV data. you can view it in fitfileviewer.com or whatever tool you want to use.

Are you interested in your overnight HRV for your recovery? If so, then see my answer.
