Suunto Race 2

Hey new to forum. Want to make the switch from garmin to suunto, specifically the race 2.
But I have been reading a lot about bugs and some issues etc? Are these being fixed with updates?

@Lenvan yes! And you won’t regret it. Unfortunately, there are fewer social features. And some watch faces look like they were drawn by a child. But that’s about it for criticisms. I’m coming from a Garmin Fenix 6X Pro.

@Lenvan I think you will find (as in the Garmin forum) that most here are users that have issues and report them. There are Suunto employees and field testers for firmware and watches here as well but this is not an official communication forum, it is a community forum trying to help each other. Suunto does follow up on bugs reported here.
My daughter has a Race 2 and has no issues with the watch. She trains mostly trail running and skiing and races ultramarathons. She loves the watch except she finds it too large to sleep with so she does not track sleep. -

@2b2bff I hope that there will be a race s 2. I wanted a race 2, but I gave up because of the size. I ended up buying a suunto run.
