Blood oxygen
-
@GiPFELKiND Ich meine nur dass die Messung auch beim normalen Tragen supi funktioniert.
-
@Cyclepunk good night to you too…
-
@GiPFELKiND short answer: sounds good, doesn’t work
long answer: i already tried multiple ways including what you describe, i tried measuring during evening when it was already dark outside and no light at room. It doesn’t work at all. Until recent few days. It worked just normal 99% time and manual measurements was successfull and night measurement measured around 96-98% every night, no problem at all. Only just few nights ago it started to measure values below 90% at night and manual measurements doesn’t work 100% of times. I really don’t believe that sudenly from day to day i somehow lost ability to do manual measurement from 99% successful to 100% unsuccessful. Now it behaves exactly like with earlier version of firmware where i had this anoying bug. -
@GiPFELKiND not sure who or why give you dislike, but maybe people with this bug are just anoyed when someone blames it to be user error. When this is obviouse bug/issue in firmware or hardware.
-
And since this issue occured (around last 5 days) battery consumption went up too. From 5-6% a day to 8-9% a day.
-
@GiPFELKiND So since soft reset did nothing. I tried hard reset, manual blood oxygen works since than 100% of times i tried. Even during daylight, only requirement is to stay still and don’t move even with fingers. That means it is definetly not problem with how i do measurements usually since before hard reset 100% of time it failed, after hard reset 100% time success even when i am at daylight and don’t cover watch.
Only downside is to need to customize sports modes again.
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos does suunto acknowledge there is still bug in night bloodoxygen and manual bloodoxygen measurements even in latest firmware 2.48.16 ? It worked for around 2-3 weeks after update than suddenly stopped. I will se how long it will work after this hardreset. -
@GiPFELKiND

I dared to say thank you recently and got dislikes. User base changed over the last years… -
Sometimes it’s a problem when scrolling on mobile.
you can press the like/dislike button and you don’t even notice it -
@ChrisA i think suunto forum people are one of the niciest comunity i ever saw. Compared to forums of different brands/products. But everybody sometimes have harder day and can be more sensitive to something. Sometimes maybe language barier when somebody means some as joke or sarcasm, but it is taken literaly etc.
I agree too that sometimes on phone i give like/dislike just by accident by scrolling, if i notice i undo it right away. But overal when somebody dislike some “help” response, it may just mean it didn’t work for him or as feedback that it didn’t helped. I think is not needed to take it personally or feel bad about it.
-
@sartoric yes, that maybe the reason - or someone was mad at me because I disliked the OP which I thanked in that threat - nothing bad here, but it used to be more about exchanging knowledge and discussing in a nice and friendly manner
-
@Tomas5 yes, you’re right, I actually never thought about how one could interpret the “like / dislike “ button in different ways to communicate in different ways. For me it always was/is a way to show my respect/thankfulness for helping others or telling something interesting or just about being communicative, and I only dislike rude or respect less posts. I may be quite too sensitive to respectless behaviour, which is maybe rooted in my martial arts background ( In most traditional martial arts showing even the slightest bit of disrespect in tournament e.g rolling your eyes or just waving with your hand normally results in direct disqualification).
I may think different about dislikes now - thanks
