      Hello,
I’ve had the Suunto Race S for a year. Mainly use it for swimming pool laps. I’ve had no issues until a few weeks ago when it is not counting las accurately. I go back to the logs and some of the laps are not counted and are lumped together with two or three laps (do 3 laps but only counts it as 1 lap), and of course as a result the distance and times are not correct. I’ve soft reset it and it does not seem to work.
Also as a note, last week when charging the watch I got an error message that it failed to update Dan’s it was taking longer to respond. Had to reset it multiple times until it went back to the face screen.
      I appreciate your help

@MrCUBS facing similar issues with my Race S, make you report the issue with evidence to Suunto through the app via profile - > feedback.
I think issue is there from last firmware update

        SRS Ti
SRun (primarily road runner so testing SRun is a must ;))
A3P (drill mode for pool swimming 🤦🤷)
        Galaxy Z Flip 3 / Galaxy S24+

Since the last update, with the 9PP I’ve had some lap go uncounted up to 4 out of 10 times, and recently with the Race S it’s happened 1 out of 4 times. It’s not terrible behavior, but it’s certainly not on the side of excellence.

Also, the timer for automatic intervals isn’t working.

This is a known issue from Suunto 7, but it’s probably a problem with this brand…

I have an update. I chatted with Suunto, but they were not very helpful to be honest. Said will review the logs and discuss it with the team. But if issues persisted to send the watch back so they can check it.

I did a factory reset and did not work either. I then reverted to the previous SW version and apparently that made it work. Granted it has been only one swim, but there were 0 issues with the laps.
