Suunto Race S Offline Maps - Software Version 2.50.26

Hi all, I have a question about downloading offline maps on the Suunto Race S. My software version is 2.50.26, and I am unable to download them. Is anyone else on this specific version able to download offline maps successfully?

Wifi already set to 2.4GHz as well without any extra security layer.
Standard BT sync is working.

@louispar in the app - watch settings - wireless networks -> is the WiFi successfully added?
Can you maybe try with a mobile hotspot just to rule out some firewall settings?

@Egika I finally heard back from Suunto support today. They suggested that my EMMC might need to be repaired. Does that actually make sense?

I must apologize for pressing this issue, but the previous answers I received seem inaccurate. I suspect the diagnosis of an eMMC failure is mistaken. Based on my understanding, if the eMMC were failing, I would experience more significant errors, such as boot loops or an inability to save new watch faces. Since the device functions perfectly aside from the map downloads, I believe the OS is the root cause. Could you please confirm if OS version 2.50.26 is capable of downloading maps?

@louispar yes, the firmware version itself has no issue downloading maps.

@louispar possibly there is a special section on the eMMC that is used mainly by the maps and other things are using different section. So it could be that most things work, but maps not…
