        @Brad_Olwin I set DND manually for sleep. But I get a nap detected from time to time. As the whole algorithm depends on wrist movement. There should be a way to edit he begin and end of a detected sleep and delete naps in the app…

          There should be toggle to turn nap detection off and on so people could use it or not. Depending if it works for them or not

            I often take a short nap at lunchtime. But it’s never been recognized as a nap. Do I need to turn something on?

                @2b2bff 😂😂😂

                Promise you, no.

                Tracking naps is one of some things I don’t need.

                  I would hold off on Factory reset unless absolutely necessary. I am similar and have sleep DND set for 21:00 to 6:00 but fall asleep at 21:30 and wake up at 5:30.

                  When on the couch for TV I am not motionless, I usually have water and will get up once or twice an hour.

                    To no suprise factoryreset didnt help and again solid 13h 13min “sleep” from 13:52-05:04. Actual time to bed 21:30 so little off i would say…

                      . In my case, the nap detection has never worked.
                      Use Vertical 2.

                        @Sportsfreund In my case, it worked very well. On Race, now on V2. But today, it started detecting sleep with 1 hour delay😁.

                              There isnt one. Its automatic and mine just works little over actively. Id like there to be toggle for it

                                  Your watch might be tracking naps incorrectly if your RHR isn’t updated to match your current fitness.

                                    @Bigb0zz what do you mean? In my case nap never worked. But often I do short sleep after lunch.

                                      @Sportsfreund What I mean is, the watch uses your RHR as a reference point. If you set it too high, the sensor might just think you’re sitting still rather than napping. Try checking if your settings actually match your lowest HR when you wake up in the morning.

                                        @Bigb0zz In other forums here, people say to set the RHR to +10 compared to the measured value. That’s how I set it.

                                          One of the coolest features is that you can nap while you are sleeping… 🙄

                                            I just gave up with all the sleep and recovery tracking and use it as a normal watch. More batterylife and no stress with useless functions that work when ever they feel like
