Suunto Dive computer Nautic

Hi, I recently bought a scuba comp Suunto Nautic. I had been trying to download map into my dive comp. It seems to be connect and both comp and my app on HP is running. However, after running it for more than 30mins, no maps was uploaded and computer still show downloading map.
Anyone who has download the map successful, could you advise the proper way to download map onto the dive computer? thanks.

@octane-koh the connection between computer and nautic is very slow, keep the Nautic on charge and be patient…

@octane-koh put the device on the charge cable doing this.
