Ive ask AI how much bottom time, would need be needed to get deco of 70 minutes on Suunto using GF 45/95 **To force the Suunto Nautic algorithm to generate this specific requirement, your bottom time must be extended to an incredible 180 minutes (3 hours). @Lena_dive ive re-check the dive from 06/09 and was indeed air + air 5.7L is always air or nitrox (transmitter ending in 18) Regarding the -9… if i switch air + air, obviously ive open the 5.7L tank… the computer should have read the correct pressure…it didnt… Both tanks 12L + 5.7L are checked & tested before the dive, closed, taken to the boat, open before jumping on the water… but the main issue is not the -9 readings, the issue is gas consumption of closed tank… i only publish that dive 06/09 to show that when theres a gas switch the computer/software mark dot on the map… it was not case with 07/09 dives… Both Nautic & Nautic S has same -9 reading [image: 1789419272842-captura-de-ecr%C3%A3-2026-09-14-%C3%A0s-21.53.06.png] air + nx26 was the dive on 05/06 [image: 1789418348834-captura-de-ecr%C3%A3-2026-09-14-%C3%A0s-21.35.38.png]

@VoiGAS When you are in the shallows it can get a fix. An you will know because the gps-chips tells you that it has a fix and the age of the last fix. Then you just place a true/false indicator icon on the screen… My old Suunto 9 Baro does a grate job here…

It’s working for me as well. So it was an unfortunate coincidence, I get me a new nautic during a server outage. Why am I never this lucky in the lottery

Is this issue solved? I did five dives with the new firmware and until now I did not see any Mandatory Gas Time Alarms in the beginning of the dive…

@Ldive No, only with the Suunto belt as far as I know. Only works with the same brand (Suunto-Suunto, Polar-Polar, Garmin-Garmin, )

@Migsey wrll, my dive this morning was with the new firmware and I noticed that after a minute the SAC value started high and graduately leveled around 12 / 13. But you have seen the tank pressure, so it simply cannot have anything to do with the POD as it only transmit. The Nautic picks up the signal and applies it’s magic with tank sizes and internal calculations. Did you check the tank size and dive mode like single multi gas in the settings? I haven’t check if gas display is working below 30Bar But recently couple minutes after end the of the dive, i start to change tank for the second dive and the Suunto gave me brief alert of 3 bar remaining when i took off the regulator.

@VoiGAS thanks for your reply. I think that this is a bug… I did a dive today , went into deco and the computer states a mandatory stop at 6 m and, at the end of this stop, a safety stop at the same depth. No mention of safety stop at 3 m at any time …

@hhouter Compass takes up two data fields. Tank pressure definitely cannot be seen along side with compass.
