@michalpt said in S9 PEAK PRO - SuuntoPlus Guides not syncing: @zhang965 The new version 2.19.2 of the Suunto App for iOS was just released at AppStore, and everything works absolutely fine now! Hurrah! Fahrrad!

@kylatin The warning doesn’t imply the activities have not been synced: if you see them in Suunto app on the phone after having synced via Bluetooth, then the activities have been synced but, for some reason, this didn’t trigger the “mark as synced” feature in the watch’s logbook that prevents the warning from being triggered. Having said that the warning is just that - an annoyance - but doesn’t have any other consequence (because the watch’s memory is circular, so newer activities will always overwrite the old ones), it should still be avoided by sync via bluetooth. Is it possible by any chance that when syncing you had power saving on on the phone? I’ve had a friend with the same issue and apparently removing that before syncing on the phone solved it

I think I solved this! I signed out of the app, deleted all user data from my phone, signed back in and the missing activity sync’d up!

@Piotrd - tends to reduce battery life, as when no bluetooth connection it automatically turns on wifi (you can switch this off); however now that your connection issue is resolved it shouldn’t be a major issue going forward. PS - would recommend switching play store on watch to manual update - you will get a notification when their is an app to update, and this way it stops the watch choosing an inoportune mate to update (when it might try and use wifi when there isn’t and or end up using bluetooth for download - which can take up quite a bit of juice).
