BUG: Old missed-call notification reappears randomly and blocks new notifications

Description
The watch shows only one phone notification, a missed call received earlier in the day. This same missed-call notification reappears multiple times randomly without any clear trigger. No other phone notifications are delivered to the watch.

Expected result
The watch should display incoming notifications normally and should not repeat old notifications once they have been dismissed.

Actual result
An old missed-call notification keeps reappearing randomly and prevents any new notifications from being shown.

The issue occurs randomly multiple times per day, both during activities and in standby mode.
