      Hi,
today I faced a huge issue with pool swimming. Until I was swimming, everything was ok, when I finished, watch was showing 2000m and 59:11 of time. Then I finished the workout and saved. After that, 1375m was saved without any info on pace. Then look on the pics what happened after sync.

On watch, intervals got no time, many are not shown at all. In Suuno app, only 1st 25m interval got correct time and pace. After that, there are 596:32 for each 25m. When exported to Strava, the workout got 1375m, 3579h16m of Time and 260:18:38 / 100m of Pace… On Strava, stroke and HB looks ok though…

      Any idea what is going on? I have Suunto Race 2 with newest firmware.IMG_4572.jpg IMG_4573.jpg IMG_4574.jpg IMG_4575.jpg IMG_4576.jpg IMG_4577.jpg

Yesterday I also noticed problems with swimming intervals on my Race 2. It shows wrong duration. Sometimes on watch screen it shows duration of swimm interval of 596 hours? and in app it shows 596:32. I noticed that watch at first shows ok swim interval, but immediately changes display to 596 and when this number is shown than on iterval screen with big clock with moving arms there is no time --… on some occasion it shows ok, it is obvious some bug … I have watch just for a month, so I don’t know how it was before the update but I remember that this was working ok when I was using it probably before update

@bbx100 Same issue here (vertical 2)!
It looks like an old bug that had already been fixed, but somehow it seems to be back again.
Also, I’m not completely sure, but it seems that some OTA updates may be installed on the watch without any notification.

Got similar problem, swimming activity with pool length set to 15m, the pool is actually 10 meters but there is no option below 15m. So I did 100 reps, 1000 meters, in watch 1500m. I’ve done this multiple times but yesterday the watch saved the session as ”butterfly swim” with 990m which might me gps correct. But only 1 interval and the time is correct in Suunto app. But upon uploading to Strava I saw the crazy hours as in the screenshots.

I’ve had workout sync glitches like this before, and it sounds more like a recording/sync bug than an actual pool-tracking issue. The watch clearly recorded the session correctly at first, but something went wrong when saving or syncing the intervals, which then messed up the distance and pace data in Suunto and Strava. Have you tried syncing it again after restarting the watch and app?

@isazi don’t know if telemetry is enabled like that or can I retrieve logs from recent activities in some way?
