I’m not interested in new features on the watch. I hope Suunto will fix many software bugs with this new update. And then let them introduce new functions.
I have been using Suunto run for almost a year and the watch seems like an unfinished product.
In the first place, to solve the reset of the watch during training or normal wearing of the watch.
And not to mention many other mistakes…

Has a trail runner first I’m very excited about climbing guidance! But I didn’t got the update yet.

We’ll see what they fix. And in the last update they wrote “fixing several bugs”, and those bugs were not fixed.

That’s the default text in (many) release notes.
If I would translate that (based on almost 30 years IT experience): the developers couldn’t care less about administrating things they changed and probably aren’t to keen on fixing bugs, given the attitude.
It’s not specifically suunto. You see it on so many things.

Got this update yesterday, that is my thread on Reddit… Unfortunately bug with power meter being disconnected after auto-pause is still there… I haven’t yet had time to test other stuff.

I received a new update yesterday. Some bugs are still not fixed.
This is already getting funny. I sometimes receive the morning report, and then several days pass without receiving the morning report. That bug has been around for a long time. Also, the bug with the watch face installed is not fixed.
I think I will leave Suunto. I was thinking of waiting for the new watches to come out. But I lost confidence. -
They keep adding trail features to a watch called Run, yet there’s still no way to customize interval fields.

Why Suunto, why… Today, a new bug with the watch face. You didn’t correct the previous bugs with the watch face either, and today a new bug appeared on the watch. And this morning I didn’t get the morning report again. I didn’t get the morning report yesterday either.

We need to add Suunto to the 3.27.18 release notes: “We broke interval workout sync”.
Also, after the update, the watch stopped charging to 100%; charging stops at 98%, and ZoneSense now determines the first threshold 14–20 bpm lower than before (on my watch). -
You are right. It doesnt work! I cant train in a good condition… please fix it ASAP
