Suunto app is now available for Apple silicon M1 Macs from App Store

Hi! tryed to install suunto app on my M1 MacBook Pro with system 15.7.1, which according to requirements in Apple Store should be ok to run the app.
After installation app runs, but no screen is displayed and, after a while, the only possible option if to force quit.
App is running OK on a M2 macbook Air instead. Is there a mistake in the requirements for the app and it can’t be run on M1 devices? -
@dacosta78 I cannot say why it doesn’t work for you, but Suunto App works okay on Macbook M1 Pro
-
@pavel.samokha Thank you for your reply confirming that works on M1 devices. I will investigate a little bit further.

@dacosta78 Min ran on M1 but I no longer have an M1.

Hello, I just discovered that if I disable Bluetooth, the app starts up and works fine, but if I re-enable it, the app crashes again. (I read the incident report created by the system to send to Apple and found something related to Bluetooth there).
Is this something that might interest the team developing the app? How can this information be sent to them? -
This is almost unreadable for me, tiny fonts (I see a pattern here) - I hope Suunto create a dedicated app or even a web app with dark mode.

So how can I sync with the mac app? Out of curiosity, why would that not be an option? Garmin allows it. -
@andrejsg Garmin does not have an native app for MacBook if you mean for training etc . If you mean Garmin express that is kinda like the suuntolink and they had really bad connection due to mtp issues that got fixed only after 1-2years if not mistaken

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Garmin has a very useful Website, I have used the app only for Syncing as WLAN on den Watch ate too much charge and my eyes are old …

@johann.fuehrer yes it does. And a less useful app though. Kinda like vice versa with Suunto I think.
