Suunto run - Bluetooth Disconnection Alert

Hello guys,
I would like to know whether, if I move far enough away from my iPhone for the Bluetooth connection to be lost, the watch emits some kind of alert (vibration or sound). Garmin Forerunner watches do this, and it is a very useful feature for me. I’m interested in switching to the Suunto Run, but I would need to know whether it has this functionality. I’m not referring to manually searching for the phone or the watch.

I’m afraid suunto doesn’t have that usefull feature. I’d like suunto offer it in the next upgrade firmware. It would be great. -

Was out running with AirPods 4 (paired with my new Suunto Run watch) before stating the run, and yes, the watch do give either a vibration or beep if the connection is lost or reconnects, and will show it on the watch-face!
It happen a couple of times in my 5K run, so i guess we have to expect that it can happen.

Hi have connected my airpods pro with suunto run. But I would like to know if I forget my iPhone at home, for example, the watch will notify it to me.

Hi Rubén, well - once you’ve paired your AirPods Pro with your watch via Bluetooth, then you don’t need to bring your iPhone with you, when you go for a run. The watch itself will notify you with run-data, and or if the connection to your AirPods disconnects during your run.
The kind of notification you mention, is really not related to a run-related watch notification, and more of a Apple/iPhone/AirPod notification.
