Hi @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos, if I remember correctly, one of the possibilities of newly added features within the survey was “The ability to have the main watch face as a screen during sport activities”.

Interestingly, I came upon a video from a Race 2 user (who just installed the Q2 SW update) that shows something that looks like a (test) implementation of that functionality - the Vector Classic watch face is available as a SuuntoPlus app.

I saw no mention of such new functionality in the Q2 update release notes or the official release videos, but would personally love having that feature, mainly due to worsening eye sight Unfortunately, it’s not present on my device after the update.

The respective user told me that after two soft resets the feature disappeared from his watch as well.

Do you by any chance know something about this, and/or are you in position to ask the devs about it?

@Lazar-Dimitrov there has been a test implementation some years ago for this. But it has been abandoned.
Suunto has a product management, that is prioritizing all possible features. The developers just do, what is high on the list.
It seems, that this one is lower priority than other features.
Anyway, I wanted to say that it does not make sense to talk to the developers directly. You want to convince product management

Me too. What 3 words come into your mind about Suunto: “low quality software”

And I have them some suggestions to do more endurance testing. Suunto watches behave differently out of the box and after weeks of use without a reboot.

I hope its not read as “Ah, looks like we are good enough in these areas”…

I also would like to have a watch with only the features I use and those should work the way I want to, in a small case with excellent battery life for a decent price.

I would not draw too many conclusions from a survey. At least a cellular watch is in the pool of ideas.
