Music tracks not appearing

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience adding songs to the Race 3s with you.
After adding nearly 200 songs, only 35 appeared in the watch’s music player.
After contacting support—who told me to check whether the files were protected, whether the encoding was correct, etc., none of which were the cause of the problem—I discovered that the issue was the length of the file name (including the file path).
Shortening the file name (not extremely important, since the watch displays the title of the track and artist metadata) solved my problem.
I thought it would be helpful to share this in case others are experiencing the same issue (customer support didn’t seem to be aware of it).
